Returns and Exchange

We take pride in delivering premium quality products. Since we're primarily concerned with food safety, change-of-mind returns or exchanges are not accepted. However, if you're unsatisfied with the items that you have received, you can contact us so we can do our best to make it right.

Monday - Thursday: 10a - 7p EST

Friday: 10a - 6p EST

Saturday - Sunday: 1p - 6p EST

Damaged or Defective Products Upon Receipt:

– In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

– Send an email to info@nokkifarm.com with your order number and clear images / video of the damaged product.

– We will take the best course of action upon verification.

Order Cancellations

– Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

– After this period, the order is processed, and cancellations will not be accepted.
