Freeze-dried fruit typically retains about 90–97% of its original nutrients. Because freeze-drying uses low temperatures and no liquid water, it preserves vitamins, antioxidants, and fiber far better than conventional drying, baking, or frying.

Since water makes up 80–90% of fruit, it takes several pounds of high quality, fresh fruit to make a single pound of freeze-dried fruit. You’re essentially paying for a much more concentrated form of real fruit.

    Tastes Just Like Fresh Durian

    I’ve tried at least half a dozen brands of freeze dried durian and none of them even come close to being as good as this one. The pieces are nice and large and it tastes exactly like fresh durian. I will be stocking up on these!

    Loved the Dragon Fruit!!

    Such a convenient, healthy snack to have on hand! The Dragon fruit is the best of them in my opinion. Please make cherimoya next.
